Medical hypnosis in its current form was founded by American psychiatrist Milton H. Erickson in the middle of the 20th century. It is designed to activate the patient’s self-healing powers when they are in a state of trance. Trance is a natural state of consciousness of relaxed concentration that allows us easier access to our unconscious parts, which play an important role in the process of self-healing.
At the patient’s request, the hypnosis session can be recorded and saved on a memory stick. In this way, you can further deepen the effect of hypnosis with independent exercises at home. Learning the art of self-hypnosis will help you to strengthen your creative self-healing powers, which I believe is an essential part of medical hypnosis.
